Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm t\u011bchto Str\u00e1nek nesm\u00edte nahr\u00e1vat, distribuovat ani jinak zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd obsah, informace nebo jin\u00fd materi\u00e1l, kter\u00fd (a) obsahuje chyby, viry, \u010dervy, pasti, trojsk\u00e9 kon\u011b nebo jin\u00fd \u0161kodliv\u00fd k\u00f3d \u010di vlastnosti; (b) je pomlouva\u010dn\u00fd, v\u00fdhru\u017en\u00fd, hanliv\u00fd, obsc\u00e9nn\u00ed, neslu\u0161n\u00fd, pornografick\u00fd, diskrimina\u010dn\u00ed nebo by mohl v\u00e9st k ob\u010danskopr\u00e1vn\u00ed nebo trestn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti podle z\u00e1kon\u016f Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f americk\u00fdch nebo z\u00e1kon\u016f jak\u00e9koli jin\u00e9 zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 se na n\u011bj mohou vztahovat; nebo (c) poru\u0161uje nebo poru\u0161uje autorsk\u00e1 pr\u00e1va, patenty, ochrann\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky, zna\u010dky slu\u017eeb, obchodn\u00ed tajemstv\u00ed nebo jin\u00e1 vlastnick\u00e1 pr\u00e1va jak\u00e9koli osoby. Poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e pou\u017eijete heslo nebo identifika\u010dn\u00ed k\u00f3d, bude se m\u00edt za to, \u017ee jste opr\u00e1vn\u011bni k p\u0159\u00edstupu a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Str\u00e1nek zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd je v souladu s podm\u00ednkami t\u00e9to smlouvy, a Str\u00e1nky nemaj\u00ed povinnost zkoumat zdroj takov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu nebo pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. p\u0159ijet\u00edm t\u011bchto Podm\u00ednek pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Str\u00e1nek potvrzujete, \u017ee je v\u00e1m nejm\u00e9n\u011b 18 let. Pokud jste mlad\u0161\u00ed 18 let, pou\u017e\u00edvejte tyto Str\u00e1nky pouze pod dohledem rodi\u010de nebo z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupce. V souladu s podm\u00ednkami t\u00e9to smlouvy t\u00edmto ud\u011blujete omezenou, odvolatelnou, nep\u0159enosnou a nev\u00fdhradn\u00ed licenci k p\u0159\u00edstupu a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed Str\u00e1nek jejich zobrazen\u00edm ve va\u0161em internetov\u00e9m prohl\u00ed\u017ee\u010di pouze za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1kupu a nikoliv ke komer\u010dn\u00edmu pou\u017eit\u00ed nebo pou\u017eit\u00ed jm\u00e9nem t\u0159et\u00ed strany, s v\u00fdjimkou p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f, kdy to Str\u00e1nky p\u0159edem v\u00fdslovn\u011b povoluj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00e9koli poru\u0161en\u00ed t\u00e9to smlouvy bude m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek okam\u017eit\u00e9 zru\u0161en\u00ed licence ud\u011blen\u00e9 v tomto odstavci bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho upozorn\u011bn\u00ed.
